This December, Richmond, Va.-based shirtmaker Ledbury brought its line of well-tailored shirts and accessories to a pop-up space on Wisconsin Avenue in Georgetown. Founded by two Oxford graduate students–both coincidentally named Paul–Ledbury’s shirts feature luxurious Italian fabrics, English spread collars, and a lowered second button (which, unbuttoned, creates an ideal V shape without any unwanted chest exposure). The line, recently expanded to include cashmere sweaters, sport coats, ties, scarves, and belts, includes some of the softest flannel sport shirts around. The spare, masculine space is decorated with American antiques and curiosities from a Richmond curator (also for sale) and will be in town through December 22.
